YOGA + MINDFULNESS
-
Yoga & Mindfulness
Yoga & Mindfulness explores movement, creativity, journaling, and discussions, empowering youth to build stress management toolkits. Our trauma-informed trained facilitators teach youth how to develop breath awareness, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a mind-body connection, ultimately building skills to manage emotions easily and joyfully.
-
Body & Earth Explorers
Body & Earth Explorers invites kids to move, feel, and connect with nature through somatic practices. Blending anatomy, emotions, and the elements—like fire for anger or water for grief—this program creates a safe space for exploration, play, and self-discovery, indoors and outside. This class is based onsite as a chance for schools or community centers to explore their campus and surrounding neighborhood.
